Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

• Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

• Online fast payments

• Bank transfer (details provided after placing an order)

The entity providing online payment processing for card payments is Autopay S.A.

Provision of services and payment conditions

All dental services are provided at the clinic (on-site). Payments can be collected in two ways:

• Appointment reservation – payment for appointment/advance payment (final settlement at the clinic after performing the full scope of services)

• Payment at the clinic – full payment for services performed collected directly at the clinic after the procedure is completed

Appointment booking and service delivery

Appointment reservation is confirmed after obtaining a positive payment authorization. The service is performed at the scheduled time at the clinic at ul. Nowolipie 26/70, 01-011 Warsaw. The final cost of the service is settled at the clinic based on the actual scope of work performed by the dentist.

Returns (withdrawal from contract)

A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without providing any reason within 14 days of entering into the distance contract, if the service has not been fully performed with the consumer's express consent.

• If the service is performed before withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has no right to refund. In case of withdrawal (if the service has not been performed), the seller refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for the consumer.

Complaints and warranty

Conditions for complaints and warranty terms:

• Please submit complaints about the service or payment to [email protected] with a description of the issue

• Complaints are reviewed without undue delay, no later than 14 days. The customer has the right to: service repair, re-performance or refund

The seller processes personal data of consumers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR). Data is processed for the purpose of: concluding and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, marketing.
